Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT: Payment may be made by all major credit cards through Paypal, by personal cheque in £ sterling, or by Electronic Funds Transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Lisa Milton Rare Books.
SHIPPING: Books will be shipped using services with online tracking by either Royal Mail or, for heavier items, DHL or UPS Couriers. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges on international shipments.
INSURANCE: Full insurance against loss or damage of books in transit is included. Written notification of loss or pictorial evidence of damage where appropriate is required before claims can be attended to.
RETURNS POLICY: You may order books from Lisa Milton Rare Books safe in the knowledge that any book may be returned if you are not happy with it providing we are notified within 7 days of your receiving it. All we ask is that you return the item(s) by the same or similar method to that in which they were sent to you. A full refund including all shipping costs will be issued immediately upon our receipt of the books in the same condition as they were received by you.
